Junk Removal in Fairburn
Old stuff piled against walls and stacked in corners does more than take up room. It hides leaks, holds moisture and blocks the things your home needs checked. We load it, haul it off and leave the space open so you can look after it.

Clearing Out So Your Home Lasts Longer
Junk removal is simple. You point, we lift, and it leaves on our truck. We take mixed loads from inside and outside your home: broken furniture, old boxes, yard leftovers, worn-out exercise gear and whatever else has stopped being useful.
The reason to do it is not only looks. Cardboard on a slab floor wicks up moisture. Piles along a wall hide termite trails and water stains. A crowded corner keeps you from the water heater, the breaker panel or the HVAC filter. Once the junk is gone, upkeep gets easy again.
If most of what you have is one kind of thing, a single service page may fit better. We also handle furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts and basement cleanouts.
What Our Junk Removal Covers
All the lifting and loading
Our crew carries everything out. You do not need to drag anything to the curb or stack it by the door.
Indoor and outdoor pickup
We pull items from attics, closets, spare rooms, porches, sheds and the side of the house. If we can safely reach it, we can usually take it.
Mixed loads in one trip
An old mattress, a pile of boards and ten bags of clothes can all go in the same visit. No need to sort it by type first.
Sorting for donation and recycling
Items in good shape get set aside for donation where possible. Metal and other recyclable material goes to recycling instead of the landfill when we can.
A swept-out space
After the last load, we sweep the area we cleared. You get a clean floor you can actually inspect.
Signs It Is Time to Clear Things Out
You cannot reach key equipment
Boxes in front of the water heater, panel or furnace mean small problems go unnoticed. Those parts of your home need room around them.
There is a musty smell
Stacked paper, fabric and cardboard hold dampness, and Georgia summers keep the air humid for months. A musty corner is often a pile that needs to go.
You see droppings or chewed boxes
Mice and roaches love undisturbed clutter. Clearing it removes their cover and lets you see where they are getting in.
The garage no longer fits a car
A car parked outside takes more sun and weather wear. Getting the bay back protects it and the garage floor.
Yard piles are killing the grass
Old lumber or furniture left on the lawn smothers the turf and can trap water against your siding.
What Happens on Pickup Day
- 1
Call and describe the load
Tell us what the items are and where they are. We'll pick a time that suits you, with same-day and next-day service available.
- 2
We see it and quote
The crew checks the load in person and gives an upfront price before lifting anything. If it doesn't work for you, the visit costs nothing.
- 3
We carry it out
Door frames and floors along the way out get protected. Heavy items are carried, never dragged.
- 4
We clean up and go
We sweep the cleared spot and walk through it with you one last time. Then the truck leaves for donation, recycling and disposal.
How the Price Is Set
The biggest part of the price is how much truck space your items fill. We quote once we've seen the load, and that quote is what you pay. Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, so nothing gets tacked on after we start.
- How much there is
- A handful of items costs less than a full truck. The more room it takes, the more it costs to haul and dump.
- What it's made of
- Heavy loads such as dirt, brick or shingles cost more at the dump than lighter items taking the same space.
- Getting to it
- Items in a ground-floor room move faster than things in a cramped attic or down tight stairs. Extra time on tough carries can affect the price.
- Items with extra fees
- Some things, like mattresses or appliances holding refrigerant, come with their own disposal fees. We point those out in the quote.
Common Junk Removal Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 738-5781
Should I carry things outside before you arrive?
No need. We take items from where they sit, in the attic, a bedroom or behind the shed. Just leave a clear way to reach them.
What can't you haul?
Hazardous material is off limits, such as paint cans still holding liquid, fuel, pool chemicals and pesticides. Those go to special drop-off sites. If you're not sure about something, ask on the call and we'll let you know.
Does someone need to be home for the pickup?
We'd like someone there for the walk-through and the price. Once you OK it, feel free to go about your day while we work. We'll touch base with you before we head out.
Can the price change after you quote it?
You get the price once we've seen the load and before any work starts. It stays the same unless you add items. If you do, we give you the updated price before loading them.
Where do you work?
We cover Fairburn and nearby towns such as Union City, Palmetto, Tyrone and South Fulton. The Service Areas page has the complete list.
