Construction Debris Removal in Fairburn
Your project is done, but the pile in the yard is not. We load and haul off drywall, lumber, shingles, tile and the rest of what a remodel leaves behind. Then we sweep up and pick the stray nails out of the grass.

Clearing the Leftovers So the Work You Paid for Lasts
A remodel or repair always leaves a mess. Old cabinets, torn-out carpet, broken tile, cut-offs of lumber and bags of drywall dust. A lot of homeowners stack it by the garage and plan to deal with it later. Later turns into months.
That pile does real harm while it sits. It kills the grass under it and stains the driveway. It gives mice and snakes a place to live. Boards with nails end up in tires and bare feet. We clear it out so your home and yard stay in good shape after the work is finished.
This service fits DIY jobs, small contractor jobs where cleanup was not part of the deal, and storm repairs. If you are clearing general clutter instead of building waste, our junk removal or garage cleanouts pages will fit better.
What We Haul and How We Leave It
Drywall, lumber and trim
Scraps, full sheets, framing boards and old trim. We handle boards with nails still in them so you don't have to.
Roofing and siding tear-off
Old asphalt shingles, felt and siding pieces. Shingles are heavy, so we load them carefully to keep from cracking your driveway edge.
Flooring, tile and cabinets
Carpet and pad, vinyl, laminate, broken tile, old vanities and kitchen cabinets. Pulled-out countertops too.
Fixtures and small demo items
Old toilets, tubs, sinks, doors and windows from a remodel. If it came out of the house and won't go back in, we can usually take it.
Sweep and nail pickup
After the pile is gone we sweep the hard surfaces and walk the yard for nails and screws. That spot should be safe to mow and walk on.

Signs It's Time to Clear the Pile
- The grass under it is dying
- A few weeks under plywood or tarps and the lawn turns yellow. The sooner it's moved, the faster it grows back.
- You've found a nail in a tire
- Loose fasteners spread fast once debris gets moved around. One flat tire costs more than you'd think.
- Critters have moved in
- Stacked boards and wet drywall make good cover for mice, roaches and snakes. In a humid Georgia summer that happens quickly.
- Your trash cart can't keep up
- Regular pickup won't take bags of tile and drywall, and loading it a little at a time takes forever.
- The next project is waiting
- You can't start the deck or paint the garage with last month's tear-off in the way.
How a Debris Pickup Works
- 1
Start with a phone call
Tell us what the project was and roughly how much is left. We'll set a time to come look.
- 2
Free look and a clear price
We offer free, no-obligation on-site estimates. You get upfront pricing with no hidden fees before anything goes on the truck.
- 3
We load it ourselves
Our crew carries everything from where it sits, whether that's the side yard, the garage or the curb. We lay down boards or tarps where heavy loads cross the lawn.
- 4
Sweep, check and go
We sweep, pick up nails and walk the area with you. Then we haul it all off and you're done.
What Moves the Price
Most of the price comes down to how much space the debris takes in the truck and how heavy it is. We look at it in person so the number we give you is the number you pay. No guessing over the phone and adding to it later.
- Volume
- A few contractor bags cost far less than a full kitchen tear-out. We measure by how much of the truck it fills.
- Weight of the material
- Shingles, tile and plaster weigh a lot more than carpet or trim. Heavy loads cost more to haul and dispose of.
- How far we carry it
- Debris piled at the driveway is quicker than debris in a back corner of the yard or up a set of stairs.
- Special handling
- Some items, like wet paint or solvents, need separate disposal. Tell us on the call and we'll be straight about what we can take.
Questions About Construction Debris
- Do I need to bag everything or stack it a certain way?
- No. Leave it where it is. Loose boards, bags, buckets of tile, all of it is fine. We do the sorting and loading.
- Can you take debris from a job my contractor did?
- Yes. Plenty of contractors leave cleanup to the homeowner. We'll haul off what they left so you aren't stuck with it.
- Will your truck damage my driveway or lawn?
- We park where it makes sense and carry heavy loads by hand or dolly. If we have to cross soft ground, we put down boards first. Red clay gets soft after a rain, so we pay attention to that.
- Is there anything you won't take?
- Wet paint, chemicals and anything that might contain asbestos need special handling. Ask about it when you call. We'll tell you plainly what we can haul and what needs another route.
- Can you come back for a second load later in the project?
- Sure. Some homeowners like a pickup halfway through a big remodel and another at the end. That keeps the yard clear while the work goes on.
