Garage Cleanouts in Fairburn
We empty packed garages down to the slab. You point at what goes, we carry it out, load it and sweep up behind us. You get your parking space back, and a garage you can actually look after.

A garage that works like a garage again
Most garages fill up slowly. A box from the last move, a mower that quit, paint from three colors ago. One day the car is in the driveway for good and you can't reach the water heater.
A garage cleanout fixes that in one visit. We do the lifting and the hauling. You make the calls on what stays. When we leave, you can see the floor, the walls and the door tracks, which makes it a lot easier to spot leaks, pests or rust before they turn into repairs.
If the job is just one couch or an old freezer, our furniture removal or appliance removal service may be the better fit. For a full bay or two, this is the right call.
What a garage cleanout covers
Loading from wherever it sits
Floor piles, overhead racks, attic hatches over the garage, high shelves. We bring ladders and dollies and do the climbing.
Old shelving and workbenches
Sagging metal shelves and homemade benches come apart and go out with everything else. We take them down carefully so we don't gouge the drywall.
Yard and hobby gear
Broken mowers, rusted grills, bikes, kayaks, old exercise equipment and kids' toys. Bulky, awkward items are most of what we haul from garages.
Boxes and bags
Moving boxes, holiday decor you no longer use, bags of old clothes. Usable items get set aside for donation when we can.
A sweep before we go
Once the floor is clear, we sweep it out. You see the slab, any oil stains and any cracks right away.

Signs it's time to clear out the garage
- The car lives outside
- Sun and summer storms are hard on paint and trim. If the garage can't hold the car anymore, the car is paying for it.
- You see droppings or nests
- Stacked cardboard is a home for mice, roaches and spiders. Clearing it out is the first step to keeping them gone.
- Boxes feel damp or smell musty
- Humid air settles into a closed garage. Wet cardboard grows mildew and holds moisture against the walls and floor.
- You can't reach the water heater or panel
- Clutter in front of the water heater, breaker panel or door opener makes routine checks hard and is a fire risk.
- The door struggles
- Items leaning on the tracks or stacked near the sensors can throw off the door. A clear wall lets it run the way it should.
How the day goes
- 1
A quick walk-through
We look at the garage with you and give you a price before anything moves. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so you know the number first.
- 2
You decide what stays
Tell us what to keep, or put a piece of tape on it. Not sure about a box? We set it aside and you check it before it goes.
- 3
We load the truck
Our crew carries everything out, breaks down shelving and loads it. We keep the driveway path clear and watch the door frame and walls.
- 4
Sort and sweep
Donation items go one way, the rest goes to disposal or recycling. Then we sweep the floor and walk the space with you once more.
What sets the price
We price by how much space your items take up in the truck, plus anything that takes extra work. Free, no-obligation on-site estimates mean you see the price in person before you agree to anything.
- Volume
- A half-full single bay costs less than a packed two-car garage. Volume moves the price more than anything else.
- Heavy or bulky items
- Old safes, concrete, tile, cast iron sinks and workbenches take more labor and weigh more at the dump.
- Items with special handling
- Tires, refrigerators and some electronics carry their own disposal costs. We'll point them out during the estimate.
- Access
- Overhead storage, a long or steep driveway, or a garage that can only be reached through the house adds time.
Garage cleanout questions
- Do I have to be home while you work?
- You should be there at the start so we agree on what stays and what goes. After that, many people go about their day. We check in with you before we leave.
- Can you take paint cans, old gas or chemicals?
- Some of these need special handling and can't go in our truck. Tell us what you have when you call and we'll say what we can take. For anything we can't, we'll tell you where to drop it off.
- How long does a garage cleanout take?
- A typical one-car garage often takes a few hours. A packed two-car garage with overhead storage can take most of a day. We'll give you a time estimate when we see it.
- What happens to stuff that still works?
- We set aside usable items like furniture, tools and bikes for donation when we can. Scrap metal and some materials go to recycling. The rest goes to proper disposal.
- Can you do the garage and the basement on the same visit?
- Yes. Many people pair a garage cleanout with a basement cleanout. Doing both at once usually saves a second trip.
